OVERVIEW
AGES 18m – 8y
We have created more levels within our school to accommodate multiple schedule and intensity options per class. With this new tiered class model, you will be registering for the bundle of classes included in the program. Each class B1–B5 are broken into options A, B, C, and D. If you are wanting an even more flexible schedule for your dancer, please see our open class / drop-in options.
We are currently registering for the 2023 Winter/Spring season which is from January 17 – June 11. If you are registering a new student within our Children's Division, please be sure to schedule a placement or free trial class.
TODDLER & ME
with Katie Crawford
18m (or walking) – Age 3 | Th | 9:30–10:30am | $15/class
Parent & Me is a class designed for dancers walking to three years of age. Designed to be taken with an adult partner, this class explores the beginning levels of movement, music and rhythm. This class is a fun and engaging way for the littlest of dancers to work on gross motor skills, basic dance terminology and social skills.

PRIMARY BALLET
WEDNESDAY'S | AGE 4 | 4-5pm | $60/m or $240/full
Introduces the young dancer to basic elements of ballet, explores space and how we relate to it, both
as an individual and as a member of a group; basic locomotor skills; musical rhythm, beat and time;
opposites and directions. Ballet classroom etiquette, taking turns, following, leading, waiting patiently and
quietly.

PRE-BALLET
MONDAY'S | AGES 5-6 | 4-5pm | $60/m or $240/full
Class introduces basic ballet vocabulary and movement skills, agility, and coordination while building a
foundation for future progression in the study of ballet. Ballet classroom etiquette, taking turns, following,
leading, waiting patiently and quietly but yet allowing freedom for fun and movement.

BALLET 1
AGES 6–8
Ballet 1 — M/W | 5-6pm | $120/m or $480/full
Strong curriculum-based ballet technique including ballet vocabulary, basic barre and center work to
facilitate the fundamentals of turnout, proper technique, development of strength, agility and rhythm.

DRESS CODE
Students are expected to be impeccably dressed and follow the dress code with girl’s hair in a neat and tidy ballet bun. No exceptions permitted. Please clean your leotards and tights after each use and older students should wear deodorant. No gum or jewelry allowed in any class. Please have a tight-fitting dance sweater available for wintertime wear as the studio is often cold. Knit pink leg warmers acceptable in the winter.
PRIMARY & PRE-BALLET
Girls: pink tights, pink leotard, pink ballet shoes
Boys: white t-shirt, black or gray tights, white socks, and white ballet shoes
BALLET 1
Girls: pink tights, black leotard (leotard to have no lace, no mesh, no crossed straps), pink ballet shoes, no skirts or leotards with skirts attached.
Boys: white t-shirt, black or gray tights, white socks and ballet shoes
FAQ
Are masks required in the studio?
At this time masks are optional in the studio and are not required.
What if I miss a class?
We do not offer refunds on classes (program or for open classes), but we can offer a make up class. Please contact us to do so.
What are the class level requirements?
Children's Division Ballet Program —
PRIMARY, PRE-BALLET & BALLET 1: No placement required, register by age.
Student Division Program —
BALLET 2 & 3: register by age or faculty placement
BALLET 4: faculty placement required
BALLET 5: faculty placement required
Electives —
PP/P1: faculty placement required
P2: technique, faculty placement required
MODERN TECHNIQUE: B4/B5 technique
ADULT TAP: no prior experience required
