Ballet Conditioning

Beginner | T | 9:30–10:30a | 6 week course

Service Description

A 60-minute conditioning class based in the ballet traditions, fusing strengthening exercises, stretching, yoga and simple beautiful movements to music. You’ll be energized through leg and abdominal toning, improve posture and feel vitalized and conditioned. A perfect encouraging class for experienced ballet dancers as well as those with no experience. For all you Ballet parents out in the community this is a great opportunity to learn some simple ballet steps and terminology to be able to follow and connect even closer with your child’s ballet education and progress. Everyone welcome!
